Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- •Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- •Return shipping is free for orders within the US
- •Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
- •Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- •Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
- •Personalized or custom-made items
- •Items showing signs of use or damage
- •Items returned after 30 days
How to Return an Item

Log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

Click "Return Item" and select the reason for your return. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Attach the shipping label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
